Upload Property Images

Overview

Adding a photo to your property helps guests and your team quickly identify it. Your property image appears throughout the Book It Fast admin panel, on your booking widget, and in any guest-facing communications.

How to Upload a Property Image

1. From your Book It Fast admin panel, click on Properties in the sidebar
2. Select the property you want to add an image to (or click the property name in the sidebar)
3. On the Edit Property page, click the Images tab at the top
4. In the Property Image section, click the upload area or drag and drop your image file
5. Wait for the image to upload — you will see a progress indicator while it loads
6. Click Save changes to apply the image to your property

Image Tips

• Use a high-quality photo — Choose your best exterior or hero shot of the property. This is the first thing guests see.
• Landscape orientation works best — Horizontal images display better across the platform and booking widgets.
• Supported formats — JPG and PNG files are recommended. Keep file sizes reasonable for faster loading.
• One image per property — The property image is a single hero image. For additional photos, use your listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO.

Changing Your Property Image

To replace an existing property image, simply go back to the Images tab and upload a new file. The new image will replace the previous one after you click Save changes.
