Create a discount code

Login to Book It Fast

Scroll down to Discount Codes under Organisation Settings.

Enter in the following details

Property – Select which property this is for.

Title – A name for you to reference

Code – This is what the end user will enter into the website’s discount code field. Try not to make it too difficult.

Discount over # of nights – this will allow you to apply the discount only on a certain length of trip

Per Type – Either a per night discount or for entire stay

Discount Type – Percent or amount

Discount Amount – this is the number of the percent or amount, if you have discount type of percent and enter in 10 here, then 10% will be applied. If you have 10 here and it is discount type of amount then it would be $10.

Discount Code Use start and end dates – This limits when the code can be used

Stay Start and End Dates – This allows you to limit the dates of the stay that this code is used in. This prevents it being used in peak times.

Uses Limit – If you’d like to limit the usage to a certain number.

Global Use – This is so that you can use this code for all properties if you have multiple properties.

Once you have entered these in, then you can save.

Make sure you have included the discount code field on your website for it to be used.
