Invite Team Members

Overview

Book It Fast lets you invite other people to help manage your properties. You can add cleaners, co-hosts, property managers, or anyone else who needs access to your account. Each team member gets their own login and can be assigned specific roles.

How to Invite a Team Member

  1. In your admin panel, go to User Management > Users in the sidebar
  2. Click the Invite user button
  3. Enter the person’s email address
  4. Select their role — this determines what they can see and do in the system
  5. Click Send invitation

The invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your organisation.

Managing Pending Invites

To see invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted:

  1. Go to User Management > Pending Invites in the sidebar
  2. Here you can see all outstanding invitations, resend them, or cancel them

Adding Cleaners

Cleaners have a special role in Book It Fast. When you invite someone as a cleaner:

  • They get access to the Cleaner Panel — a simplified interface showing only their assigned cleaning tasks
  • They can also download the Cleaner Companion App for on-the-go task management
  • You can assign property tasks (cleaning checklists) that they will see after each guest checkout

To set up cleaning tasks, go to Property Settings > Property Tasks in the sidebar.

Managing Existing Users

To view and manage team members who have already joined:

  1. Go to User Management > Users
  2. Click on a user to view their details
  3. You can update their role or remove them from your organisation

Tips

  • Only invite people you trust — team members can view booking and property information based on their role
  • Use the cleaner role for cleaning staff so they only see what they need
  • You can manage team members across all your properties from one place
  • If someone leaves your team, remove their access promptly from the Users page
