Set Your Deposit Rules

Configure when and how much guests need to pay upfront when booking your property.

How to Set Deposit Rules

1. Go to Property Settings → Deposit Rules
2. Choose your deposit type:
   • Fixed Amount: Set a specific dollar amount (e.g., $200)
   • Percentage: Set a percentage of the total booking (e.g., 25%)
   • Full Payment: Require payment in full at booking
3. Set when the remaining balance is due (e.g., 7 days before check-in)
4. Click Save

Example Deposit Rules

25% Deposit

• Deposit Type: Percentage
• Amount: 25%
• Balance Due: 14 days before arrival

Full Payment Upfront

• Deposit Type: Full Payment
• Guest pays 100% when booking
