Invite a Cleaner

Add cleaners to your Book It Fast account so they can access their cleaning schedule and task lists.

How to Invite a Cleaner

1. Go to User Management → Users
2. Click Invite User
3. Enter the cleaner’s email address
4. Enter their name
5. Select Cleaner as the role
6. Assign them to the properties they’ll clean
7. Click Send Invitation

Pending Invites

After sending an invitation, it will appear in the Pending Invites section. The cleaner needs to:

1. Check their email for the invitation
2. Click the link in the email
3. Set up their password
4. Download the Cleaner Companion App

Once they accept, they’ll be moved from Pending Invites to your active Users list.

Resending Invites

If a cleaner didn’t receive the email or the link expired:

1. Go to User Management → Users
2. Find the invite in Pending Invites
3. Click Resend Invitation
