Setting Up Tariffs (Seasonal Pricing)

Learn how to set up seasonal pricing (tariffs) for your rental property.

What are Tariffs?

Tariffs let you set different prices for different seasons or times of year. For example, you might charge more during peak holiday periods and less during off-peak times.

How to Create a Tariff

1. Go to Property Settings → Tariffs
2. Click New tariff
3. Enter a name (e.g., “Off Peak”, “High Season”, “Holiday Period”)
4. Choose a color to identify it on your calendar
5. Set your daily rates for each day of the week
6. Set minimum stay requirements if needed
7. Click Create

Quick Tip: Bulk Populate

To save time, use the bulk populate fields to set rates for all days at once, then adjust individual days as needed (like charging more for weekends).

Applying Tariffs to Your Calendar

After creating your tariffs, drag and drop them onto your calendar to set which dates use which pricing.
