Adjusted date picker on mobile to sit in the middle of screen. Adjusted form labels on mobile to show entire text with greater width.

Enable the ability to override rules when adding a new order. This allows for owners to create a one night booking where there is a two night minimum and when it is booked. It will give a warning to show that there is a clash in rules, so that the owner is aware of it.
